Orders are dispatched and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

If all items ordered are showing as in stock, then they will be shipped together in one parcel. Otherwise you will be notified via email for any shipment changes.

For larger items, you may receive two seperate shipments (eg if you have ordered more than one carton). You will be notified via email for any split shipments.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

For Returns:

Polka is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery.Ā 

If you haveĀ received a product that isĀ faulty/damaged orĀ youĀ have received the incorrect item, Polka will cover the cost of return shipping.

IfĀ you haveĀ purchased theĀ incorrectĀ product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required toĀ cover the costĀ of the return shipping.

30-Day Money Back Policy:

Polka is committed to bringing the highest quality beverages. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have 30-days from date of dispatch to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product.

Our 30-day money back guarantee will only apply to first purchase of the product only. The customer must send any remaining unopened product back to Polka intact and cover all shipping and/or custom charges. This policy expires 30 days from the date of dispatch.
